10.11.08 | Volunteer to participate in the American Heart Association Missoula Heart Walk.
The American Heart Association Missoula Heart Walk is scheduled for October 11, 2008 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. The pre-walk festivities usually begin about 8:30 with snacks, hydrating and stretching.
Toni Barrett has registered a team on the American Heart Association website: www.missoulastartheartwalk.org.
The team name is Washington Companies. All of our employees will be on one team, but each company will have a designated leader.

All employees are encouraged to sign up to walk and/or donate to employees who are walking. Each walker needs to get $150 in pledges to get the cool T-Shirt. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for the American Heart Association.
The Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation has pledged to match employee-raised donations, up to $5000.
If anyone wants to walk but isn’t able to use the website, they should contact their team leader for paper pledge forms.
