The Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation and a broad range of local arts organizations have teamed up to help bring our community SPARK!, a John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Any Given Child Initiative. In partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the University of Montana, this state of the art academic readiness program is designed to reduce the need for remedial classes at the higher education level.
